Europe Offers Hay Beds For Cheap Travelers

hay-beds-europe-travelThe newest travel craze to hit the air waves is hay beds.  That’s right, sleeping in a bed of hay.

Due to the current economy, hotels in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland have decided to offer visitors a new way to travel and save money by offering freshly raked hay beds in converted barns.

For as little as $11 per night backpackers and travelers can sleep in the hay and eat together by a campfire.  It actually sounds really fun, doesn’t it?  A little roll in the hay…
